Nexior Consultancy provides web and mobile application development services, as well as technology consultation. The specifics of each project will be outlined in individual agreements or contracts between you and Nexior Consultancy. Our services are provided on a project basis, and timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be clearly defined in the agreement.
All content, code, designs, and other intellectual property developed by Nexior Consultancy during the course of a project remain the property of Nexior Consultancy until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon. After full payment, ownership of the work may be transferred to the client as per the project contract.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, or use any part of the materials, logos, or intellectual property found on our website without express permission from Nexior Consultancy.
To ensure the successful completion of the project, clients are responsible for providing necessary access, feedback, and materials as requested. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide these may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Payment for services is due as outlined in the individual project agreement. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays, cessation of work, or termination of the agreement. Nexior Consultancy reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue payments, as outlined in the project contract.
Nexior Consultancy will make every effort to deliver high-quality work as per the agreed terms. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, or from errors or delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as third-party service failures).
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Nexior Consultancy and its employees agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the client during the course of the project. Similarly, clients agree to keep all proprietary information about Nexior Consultancy confidential.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. If the client terminates the project before completion, payment for all work completed up to the termination date is due immediately. Nexior Consultancy reserves the right to terminate an agreement if the client breaches any of the terms outlined in this document or fails to fulfill their obligations under the project agreement.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indore, India.
Nexior Consultancy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
